Hello everyone! 😃😃 This post is about creating a podcast.📻📻I created a podcast for my Instructional Technologies and Material Design course. Me and my friend Reyyan Hacer Hünerli narrated a short story and recorded it.
We were supposed to be creative in this task. The instructor gave the first sentence of the story and wanted us to use some certain vocabularies and sound effects in the story.
Writing a creative story was the hardest part, it was supposed to be around 60 seconds but our podcast lasted more than 60 seconds.
Also, we added sound effects to the podcast.Recording part was quite easy. When you think to create a podcast, you should visit this website, because it’s free and user-friendly.

I want to use podcasts with my students in the future. Students may create their own podcasts or I may record a podcast to teach some subjects so they will use the technology and discover different tools. Perhaps my students may understand that there is not only one way of learning English. I think students may realize new dimensions in learning English with the help of podcasts.
